Your Deposit of 50% ( this amount can be found on pricing sheet)
Once we've confirmed a date, time and received your deposit we will provide you'll be all good to go until shoot day!
Frequently asked questions
Q: How long will it take to receive my edited photos?
A: Edited photos usually take between 7-10 days for editing.
If you need your photos back sooner than (7) days we do have an expedited delivery option for an additional fee. if you need expedited delivery you must bring it to our attention before your shoot day to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Q: What if I need to Reschedule ?
A: You can reschedule 1 time without a fee. if you need to reschedule for any reason it must be done so with 24hrs orf your shoot date. if you need to reschedule more again you would need to pay another deposit before we can schedule your appointment.
Q: What if im late to my session?
A: If you're running a little behind there is a grace period of 15 mins. after your scheduled start time. After 15mins. there is a late fee of $25 thatll will be assessed. After 30 minutes after your start time we will need to reschedule/cancel your session.
There are no exceptions to this regardless of your session type as time cannot be added to your session. (For Example: if your session is at 2pm and its 2:27pm and you are 8 mins away from the studio we will not be able to do your session. please keep this in mind when schedule hair/makeup appointments.)
Q: Can I bring guest with me to my session?
A: Up to 2 guest can accompany you at your session. Children are not allowed a guest under any circumstances. Only children that are apart of a session are allowed in studio. You are responsible for any damages done by your guest.
Q: What props can I bring to my session?
A: Most props are fine. The only thing we dont allow is confetti or any thing that explodes or produces water. Ballons and food items are fine as well.
Pets are welcome as additions to shoots at no charge!
Q: Is there a place for me to get dressed in your studio?
A: Yes! We have full dressing room for our guest with access to a plug for hair touch ups .
We also have a iron and steamer available upon request.
